I will start by analysing your requirements using the following information:
Target Price, Lead Time, Payment Terms, Technical Complexity, Quantity, Quality,
Logistics and using this information we will select factories that are suitable.

We will audit the factories based on the following criteria:
Quality Procedures, Ethical Manufacturing, Lead Time, Systems, Equipment.

Once we are happy that the factory can fulfil your requirements we will negotiate the
Best Price, Payment Terms and Lead Times realistic with your targets.

The factory will then be required to sign your procurement contract and a non
disclosure agreement. Tooling will be charged at cost and subject to a contract
ensuring your ownership and the tools being kept in good condition.

We will not stop there and continue to monitor the factories performance using all
the above criteria.
