Quality

Factory audits will be undertaken to ensure they meet the criteria you and I require.
Special attention will be paid the following areas:
Approvals (ISO9000 etc.), Quality Procedures, House Keeping, Ethical Manufacturing,
Systems, Equipment, IQC (incoming), IPCQC (in process) and OQC (outgoing).

We can issue Inspection Standards Documents for you if required and track and hold
Golden Samples for any parts/products.

For complex products or if requested by you we can organise In Process Inspection
to ensure standards are met or exceeded at every stage of manufacture.

We will organise inspection of the finished product before shipment. We will use
100% inspection or AQL (acceptable quality level) depending on your requirements.
Drop tests will also be carried out to your requirements.

We will issue an Inspection Certificate if required which you can make conditional for
your final payment.
